Job Description
  • Broad IT experience working within a large enterprise on Service Now implementation initiatives.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules 3rd party integrations and building custom applications
  • Strong technical knowledge of all ServiceNow modules ITSM ITOM CSM HR ITBM PPM PA SecOps GRC
  • Good hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript Angular JS XML and XSL stylesheets web services
  • Very good verbal and written English communication skills Effective time management team handling and organizational skills
  • Develop solutions in ServiceNow prepare estimates and work on capability presentation
  • Understand functional technical and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation
  • ServiceNow administration and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification is must
  • Monitoring mentoring and guiding jr team members
