Who you are

As ServiceNow Developer, you are responsible for large scale development and implementation in IT Service Management & Servicenow platform.

What will you do

Ensure adherence to all ITIL processes
Provide ServiceNow configuration and scripting within the tool in Client environments
Work on Servicenow architecture for one-to-one and one to many connections
Drive core ITSM applications within ServiceNow and its offered applications
Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation, making use of the knowledgebase module within ServiceNow
Identify, train and communicate standard methodologies related to ServiceNow development and usage to customers and employees

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Minimum 7 years’ experience in software development with 3 years in Servicenow Platform Implementation
Experience of implementing data loads, inbound and outbound API integrations, catalog items and workflows within ServiceNow
Ability to write JavaScript code that is easy to read, follows standards with extensibility and also to write AngularJS widgets for the Service Portal

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

ServiceNow Dev / Admin Certification
Working knowledge in enterprise architectures
You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
