Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Service Now Developer to build customer-facing solutions. They will need to collaboratively work in a global Agile/Scrum team to develop and implement solutions to fulfill global business requirements. In addition they will perform testing, day to day maintenance activities for IT support, and provide support for all aspects of Service Now.
Required Experience
ServiceNow Development – at least 2 years of experience developing in ServiceNow
Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, UI Policies, Workflows, and SLAs
Experience Implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset and Service Catalog),Customer Service module and Performance Analytics
ServiceNow Experience with Scripted Web Service or Direct Web Services including Rest, SOAP APIs
Experience with Agile SCRUM and SAFe Methodologies
Preferred Experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Understanding of ITIL Concepts
Experience with Domain Separation, Service Portal, Multi Provider Single-Sign-on, XML, AJAX, JSON
Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams
