Your Role and Responsibilities
As
ServiceNow Developer, you are responsible for core system configuration. Gathering and documenting user and process requirements, functional requirements, and developing technical requirements. Developing workflow customizations and supporting the Service transformation teams.

Responsibilities
- Involved in crafting, running and monitoring the infrastructure to support Service Now tools
- Implementing and configuring SNOW in Client environments.
- Implement Integrations between SNOW with various platforms.
- Implement Service Now and configuring all administrative tasks.
- Work on service now architecture for one-to-one and one to many connections.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in Service Now Development
- Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments
- Working knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
- Solid understanding in Servicenow development, implementation, integration, java script, UI policies, UI action, work flow, business rule, client scrip
- Able to train users and analyze new SNOW functionality requests.
- Proficient Functional knowledge of the all ITSM module of ServiceNow.
Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and of working in a SaaS environment
- Willingness to work in any shifts
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
