Service Now - Specialist
As Specialist for Service Now Platform you will have the following responsibilities:
§ Supporting daily operations and maintenance of Service Now Platform and Case Management System
§ Supporting, Operating and Ensuring maintenance of future ServiceNow Enterprise Platform in full coordination with the NN business areas, external partners and suppliers
§ Consulting and Advising our internal customers regarding IT process design targeting high level of standardization within the organisation
§ Developing/Enabling and testing new functionalities on Service Now platform including customizing, configuring, setting up the workflows etc.
§ Designing and implementing as well as controlling, monitoring and further optimizing processes within Service Now
§ End to end implementation of Service Now modules to different business areas
§ Establishing and building Integration technology to integrate different tools/platforms with vendors
§ Providing trainings for System/Service managers, process experts and end users across Novo Nordisk
