Job Description:
- Required Technical and Professional Expertise n Minimum 8+ years and 5+ years in ServiceNow
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform functions, out of the box & custom build functions, strong in writing technical & functional design documents for ServiceNow projects
- Must be able to design and architect Service
- Now Modules including CSM, ITBM, PA, ITSM, ITOM CMDB, discovery jobs, and automation workflows using ServiceNow Orchestrator.
- Experience on CSM, ITBM and PA is a MUST n Expertise to define technical solutions aligned with client s business problems at an architectural & design level of detail
- Proficient to build POC solutions in demo instances for proposed solutions in context of a services engagement
- Ability to work with Pre-Sales Solution Consultants/Architects on new business to understand & provide ServiceNow SME support nPreferred Technical And Professional Expertise
- Perform research into technology partner or other vendor solutions in context of client requirements for integration
- Understand the ServiceNow eco-system & be able to demonstrate ServiceNow hands-on expertise
- You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
