Application testing on ServiceNow framework , Must have experience on ServiceNow
Responsibilities
- Based on the test strategy and specifications (requirements, general and detailed specifications), produces the detailed test plans in ALM
- Ensures coverage of requirements by test cases
- Work with OPs for functional understanding of modules
- Ensures the execution of the tests (executes the campaigns, instructs the anomalies, product of proofs and reports)
- Closes campaigns, provides test reports
- Identify bugs and raise risks
- Adapts existing test cases following changes made in the application
- Contributes to the production of the test strategy
- Automates test cases in alignment with the automation strategy
- Conducts or organizes and coordinates performance test campaigns aimed at:
- Validate the current capacity of the system in terms of load
- Identify if the systems will meet the targeted loads
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Experience in testing automation (Automated Test Framework - ATF )
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of test management software (Quality Center / ALM) and SQL
