� Hands on ServiceNow scripts like UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Jelly Script, Business Rules, Client Script, Script Includes, Ajax, UI actions and UI policy
� Configured simple, medium and complex Service Catalog requests
� Customizing the forms and implementing the business logic using Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Polices.
� Creating the Workflows for the catalog items.
