Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible in collaborating with different Support/Dev teams (Network/Wintel/Unix/Application Support teams)to understand and determine the monitoring requirements & fine tuning events and alerts based on IT landscape and Reports requirements using monitoring tools (Datadog, Sevone).

Good verbal and written communication skills to maintain accurate system documentation and provide training as required.
Ability to implement and upgrade Sevone platform.
To have good administrative knowledge on all Sevone modules.
Manage customer satisfaction through effectively communicating and managing customer expectations.
Ability in leveraging the technology to create business value and become more effective and efficient.
Sevone servers/services availability.
Database server availability.
Database maintenance activity check.
Vendor management, coordinating with vendor to fix any bug or code level issues in the tool.
License management.
Monitoring template customization.
Report customization on requirement.
Dashboard customization as per customer requirement.
Customized application monitoring using customized script.
Backup/restore of server and application.
HA/DR setup implementation.
Managing the network configuration backup.
Network bandwidth analysis and suggestions to customer using Sevone
Network task automation based on requirement.
Alert customization based on requirement.
Alert optimization.
