Job Title:SFDC 

Job Description:

  • Candidate should possess minimum 4+yrs of Experience in Salesforce Administration.
  • Automate business process using Workflows, Process Builder and Flows.
  • Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues working with diverse user groups.
  • Complex data maintenance using data loader, data import wizard and other mass data manipulation tools.
  • Maintenance of different sandboxes.
  • Assist internal users in creating complex reports and dashboards.
  • Strong experience with salesforce data sharing system (Profile, Role, Permission sets, Sharing Rules etc.)
  • Deployment using change set and perform post deployment activities. 

Key Skills: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
