Job description:

Plan, develop, install and maintain medium to highly complex SharePoint sites
Evaluate new SharePoint site requests and identifies optimizations
Regular review, clean - up, management and configuration of SharePoint accounts and sites
Customize and configure site pages to target content to specific users
Create modern UI compatible customized forms using PowerApps
Understand browser - compatible InfoPath forms and their deployment for historical purposes
Create and update system documentation
Monitor quality standards and ensures failure - free operation
Provide technical support for SharePoint users
Conduct training and informational sessions to teach employees how to use SharePoint
Flexible to work in different shifts
Support incident & request handling

Must - Have Skills:

2 - 4 years' experience supporting, administering and deployment of enterprise - wide SharePoint implementations and customizations that include permissions, lists, libraries, Wiki, workflows, and other platform offerings
2 - 4 years' experience with SharePoint 2010 and later versions including custom SharePoint Web parts, SharePoint Workflows, InfoPath, PowerApps and Flow
Bachelor?s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Previous work experience with SharePoint and MS Teams
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, SQL Server, Active Directory, IIS, SQL and Windows Servers
Exposure to SharePoint 2010 Foundation - 2016/19 Enterprise (on - premise),SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer
Exposure to Microsoft Enterprise Content Management and Collaboration technologies (MS Teams)
Experience in SharePoint PowerShell modules to configure and administer SharePoint and to automate tasks
Understand how Microsoft Teams integrates with SharePoint and conduct any related administrative tasks
Familiarity with website layouts and HTML

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

ITIL Foundation desirable
Microsoft MCSE Productivity Solutions Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate certification preferred
SharePoint Course/Exam completion desirable
Knowledge in the ticketing system, preferable BMC Remedy, and other ITSM tools
