SharePoint Administrator, .Net, Microsoft

 SharePoint 2010, 2013, 2016 and Online

 a. End-to-end )365 admin including site creations, general maintenance, Access Audits, Powershell customization.

 Ability to build SharePoint farm from scratch

 b. Configuring all service applications like Search, Metadata, UserProfile Synchronization etc

 c. Manage SharePoint farm using Central Administration & PowerShell

 d. Managing SharePoint permissions, integrated with AD security groups

 e. Moving/copying/creating/publishing sites, managing quota

 f. Setting up alerts and enforcing policies

 g. Deploy/Install/Activate custom built solutions

 h. Regular review of events/messages reported in SharePoint log, Event Viewer and Performance Monitor

 i. Managing and checking the overall server health and functionality

 j. Monitoring SharePoint disk space usage

 k. Analyzing and reporting upon SharePoint usage and activity

 l. Regular review, clean-up, management and configuration of SharePoint accounts and sites.

 m. Regularly analyzing SharePoint content and storage

 n. Monitoring SharePoint trends (e.g. site usage and growth, disk space usage and growth)

 o. Search functionality and review of Usage reports

 p. SQL Backup & Recovery, Maintenance plans for content db's, review and rerun jobs if missed

 q. Applying & testing SharePoint patches/updates

 Good knowledge of below mentioned topics

 a. Applying windows patches/updates

 b. Supporting network load balancing needs and ensuring its correct operation (F5)

 c. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting (SharePoint & Generic)

 d. IIS Manager and IIS 6/7 architecture

 e. Server Manager and its functionality

 f. Active Directory (including LDAP queries)

 g. DNS

 h. SMTP

 i. Windows Firewall

 j. Windows networking and authentication (Claims, NTLM & Kerberos)

 k. Tools such as Fiddler, IE developer tool etc.
