Position shall be responsible for safe, trouble free, economic and reliable operation of power plant and to ensure statutory/environment compliances related to Power Plant.  He will be responsible for achieving annual power generation target.

•           Responsible for safe, trouble free, economic and reliable operation

•           Responsible for increasing the reliability, availability and maintainability  for all pieces of equipment

•           Responsible for handling of any emergency

•           Responsible for fulfilment of all statutory requirements like IBR / Environment etc.

•           Responsible for meeting power generation targets within given budget

•           Responsible for co-ordination with mechanical maintenance, electrical & instrument Incharge

•           Responsible for the Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)

•           Shutdown Planning and scheduling

•           Responsible for providing training to the Officials/ workers for the new pieces of equipment

•           Accomplish others tasks received from the superiors
