ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage successful onboarding of new Seller Partners.
- Handhold sellers to list and manage their products/ offers on the portal.
- Ensure the statutory seller (KYC) documents are collected and safely maintained.
- Assist & train Sellers in dashboard management.
- Coordinate with Sellers in the order fulfilment processes.
- Ensure seller payments are released in a timely and proper manner.
- Work closely with other teams to address and resolve seller grievances.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Experience with recruiting is a plus, however, fresher may also apply.
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
- Skills in database management and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
- Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and
