ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Manage successful onboarding of new Seller Partners.
• Handhold sellers to list and manage their products/ offers on the portal.
• Ensure the statutory seller (KYC) documents are collected and safely maintained.
• Assist & train Sellers in dashboard management.
• Coordinate with Sellers in the order fulfilment processes.
• Ensure seller payments are released in a timely and proper manner.
• Work closely with other teams to address and resolve seller grievances.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Experience with recruiting is a plus, however, fresher may also apply.
• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
• Skills in database management and record keeping.
• Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
• Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and
• Maintain a flexible work schedule.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Gather and analyse information skilfully.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
