• Sell and promote the organizations’ products and provide customer service.
• Greet and direct customers.
• Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
• Visual merchandising including setting up displays of products within stores and ensuring product is correctly priced.
• Administration work including recording and receiving payment for product;
• Cash deposits and handling and keep track on daily sales;
• Inventory management including balancing stock according to sales records and ordering;
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure racks are fully stocked;
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers;
• Weekly updates to Manager;
• Stay up to date with new products/services;
• Daily monitor/post/increase social media page;
• Maintain the cleanliness of the shop;
• Online sale and packing online orders;
• Maintaining vigilance to minimise stock losses;
• Process exchanges and returns;
• Manage end of season warehouse sale;
