About The Team

The FIS Acquiring Platform team is Responsible for the maintenance and support of multiple server environments and virtual desktops. NAP Engineering team not only to manage the Siebel environments and software delivery but to support Worldpays journey towards Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.

What You Will Be Doing

Siebel Developer will play Key member of the Siebel implementation team executing all project tasks to ensure a successful and high-quality delivery of an enterprise solution comprising of Siebel, and other Oracle application technologies. Ensure all required deliverables are produced in a timely manner to a high specification adhering to Worldpay standards with full documentation that will allow a successful transition at the end of the project to the business as usual team

Knowledge/Experience

• Work with Peer teams within FIS Infrastructure & Acquiring Support
• Receive general supervision and is competent in most phases of programming to work on own
• Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients
• Be flexible to learn and work on new technologies
  
  

Skills

6+ years experience in Development, Enhancement in a High Availability Production environment.

• Strong Siebel development and configuration skills.
• Minimum 6 years Siebel configuration experience in a project environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proven track record of providing technical solutions
• Excellent working knowledge of Siebel Workflow Processes, EAI, Task Based UI, eScript.
• Experience in JAVA, Oracle DB
• Experience of working across multiple platforms

• Fluent in English
• Excellent communicator ability to discuss technical and solutions to customers and other stakeholders and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
• Attention to detail track record of authoring high quality documentation
• Organized approach manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements
• Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and team building skills and establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members
