Job Summary You will be the Customer Champion of Simpliance to our visitors online. Responsibilities and Duties ✓ Call and connect with relevant contacts to sell Simpliance Products. ✓ Generate online leads ✓ Receive calls of potential leads and engage with them to answers queries on Simpliance and its products ✓ Co-ordinate with the sales team to meet customers at their offices ✓ Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system of Simpliance ✓ Work on lead generation tools such as Linkedin Sales Navigator and generate new leads Required Experience and Qualifications ✓ A fresh graduate (females preferred) or above with excellent spoken and written English ✓ Savvy with online platforms such as Zoho, Microsoft Office etc. ✓ Flair to engage senior people with a pleasant conversation
