Title: Site Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer to join our team at CBE Design Studio. As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site, including scheduling, coordinating, and supervising subcontractors and laborers.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor progress and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, proactively addressing delays or setbacks.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve design-related issues and optimize construction processes.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and material quantities.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment as needed to support construction activities.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and as-built drawings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Previous experience working in construction or site engineering roles preferred.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools, such as Procore, Primavera, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
