Job Description

  • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors 
  • Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
  • Liaise with any subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
  • Communicate with clients and their representatives (engineers and Managers ),attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
  • Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to aid and technical support.
  • Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
  • Prepare Installation progress reports as required.
  • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
  • Execute whole project in a cost and time effective manner.
  • Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
  • Commissioning of Equipment’s & Plant as per technical specifications
