 We are looking for a site engineer or supervisor to plan, coordinate and implement strategies to achieve timely completion of the project under strict time frames. The supervisor will source new resources and procure materials in plan oriented manner to achieve targets. The supervisor will play a key role in coordinating the work at the site and taking measurements of quantities for billing, generating documents and maintaining assets and managing personnel at the site. 

• Enter Measurements data, Tool Box talk data and get approvals from Client Site Engineer as an when required
• Forecast issues, develop “out of the box” strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  
• Evaluate self and other personnel skills, and report to management
• Meet personal and team targets
• Attend and initiate meetings, events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
• Maintain and expand the vendor database.
• Enter the activity/communication details in the site Work Register or report to the team.
