Position Summary: This Position is for Site Engineer, Lighting for India.

Essential Responsibilities:

 Responsible for achieving Target/Plan for the assigned project.

 Proactively follow and close all project related issues with internal & external stakeholders.

 Report back DPR, weekly update and sales projections for the month to the Project Manager.

 Work closely with all PM to ensure all order related issues and stock availability problems are

resolved

 Responsible for setting targets for vendor. Monthly reports need to be compiled and sent to

the PM to track progress against plan.

 Constantly evaluate installation contractor strengths and weaknesses and formulate

appropriate action plans.

 Developing and maintaining relationships with Customer to ensure smooth execution at site.

 Work closely with vendor & customer to ensure future opportunities are timely conveyed to

PM so that timely action can be taken for future business.

 Preparing and submitting resource planning, work plan & track it closely for timely completion

of the project.

 Maintain proper documentation at site for approvals, submittals & follow up with

customer/internally for timely completion of activity.

 Coordination with customer for the passes or any other formalities for the issuance of pass/

work permit.

 Ensure site progress as per plan with safety & quality standards.

Basic Qualifications:

 Engineering degree.

 Minimum of 5-6
