Skills

Own infrastructure, availability, reliability, performance, incident management and compliance targets for Power BI Service.
Proactively identify and reduce noise through design, testing, and implementation of solutions.
Drive efficiencies through Automations, Improvements, and root cause analysis to improve the reliability of systems, automated remediation of issues, or improve scalability.

Must Have

REQUIREMENTS:

Production support / incident management
Having an experience of 4 to 5 in software development, testing or operations
Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of automation/scripting technologies like PowerShell etc.
Knowledge in SQL (Able to write Simple Queries)
Knowledge in Cloud Services & Concepts.
Ability to learn new concept languages and apply them into job.
24*7 support.

Good To Have

Knowledge in programing language (C#, Java, C++, C).
Knowledge in PowerBI (Building Reports, Using Visualization)
Experience in driving service performance, availability, and supportability improvements.
Demonstrated experience with service telemetry, alert configurations, and monitoring.
Knowledge in setting up system Monitoring health and fine tuning the configuration as required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Soft Skills

Strong communications skills – Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue; communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence.
Cross-team collaboration.

Time of operation: This Role will be in 24X7 shift model. Therefore, candidates should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends to accommodate the roster.
