Job Title: Site Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
- On-Site Customer Interaction:
- Greet and assist customers who visit the site, providing them with information about our properties.
- Conduct site tours to showcase the features and benefits of the properties.
- Follow-Up Calls:
- Contact potential customers who have shown interest in our properties to provide additional information and answer queries.
- Maintain a proactive approach in following up with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Weekly Reporting:
- Provide weekly updates on site visits, customer interactions, and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to analyze and strategize based on the market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Working Hours:
- The position requires attendance at the Varthur site every day.
- The employee will have one weekday off, preferably on Tuesdays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
