Job Description – Site Supervisor Position: • Off-Role. Qualification: • Minimum 12th Pass with any faculty. Eligibility Criteria: • Good communication skills and able to write emails. • Field work experience in any service industry like Civil/ Paint/Builder sites etc. • Good at customer facing on sites. Role & Responsibilities: • Conduct regular site supervision of on-going sites to ensure quality of paint application. • SMP process implementation including daily site work with material tracking on all warranty sites. • Conduct pre-painting site inspection, stage wise inspection and post painting site inspection for all on-going projects. • Provide training to painters on product application and site safety.
