Construction documents and drawings scrutiny, issued by PMC agency (i.e. Jacobs) for their correctness amp; completeness
2. Site survey to ascertain construction drawing in in consonance with physical site
3. Contributes in preparation of project schedule amp; HSSE documents.
4. Accountable for project execution as per the project plan
5. Continuous controlling and monitoring of the project progress under execution
6. Arranging resources amp; materials that will be required for the project
7. Daily conduct of TBT, issuance of WCF, JHA and work permit, whenever required
8. Daily submission of WIP report with site photos
9. Preparation of bills, rate analysis for additional tasks and getting them approved with PMC
10. Site training concerning awareness about HSSE and enforcement of HSSE policy for all personnel at site
11. Ensuring project is executed as per the laid down quality standards
12. Coordination with retailer, PMC representative and the vendors involved with the project work
13 Ensuring project is completed within the assigned time frame and within the allotted budget. Daily project cost tracking.
