Site supervisor will take full responsibility for all interior site executions. Should have own bike for travelling various sites. Should know all interior work-related tasks, should have experience in supervising factory as well as site interior works. Should have experience in creating material list, quotations etc.

• Responsible for overall monitoring of site execution, management, planning, quality check, cost management, interaction with vendors, contractors, labor-management and knowledge of all site work like painting, flooring, plastering, brickwork, wooden work, glasswork, electrical work and other related work to ensure implementation of all project plans and schedule, manpower, material management, daily/weekly reporting, work under pressure and time management.
• Need to understand and read the drawings.
• Execution of Interior Work According to Approved Drawing.
• Labour, supplier, contractor & office coordination.
• Update clients on construction progress through presentations and client meetings
• Oversee day to day operations of the facility.

• Knowledge of reading drawings ( Interiors layouts).
• Excellent organizational skills.

Candidate should be good at multi-tasking and Pleasant personality.
Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry. Knowledge of Auto-Cad is must.
Co-ordination with Client / Consultants / Designers from concept to final stage.

Expected Start Date: 14/9/2020

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Job Duties:

• Consult blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop construction plans for your team
• Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes
• Create and enforce employee schedules and construction timelines
• Document all costs and ensure that expenses never exceed the construction budget
• Update clients on construction progress through presentations and client meetings
• Other duties as requested
