Immediate job opening for Site Supervisor in Velachery.

We are looking for a full-time, detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee all our construction and Interior projects. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based.2D design knowledge, under standing of 3D, handling carpenters with guidance of architect.

  Requirements:

• Completion of a post-secondary education construction training program.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
• CPR and first aid certifications.
• Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• The ability to interpret blueprints.
• Outstanding leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
