Job Description

Experience – 1-2 years Chennai – Fulltime Position 

We are looking for a trustworthy, take-charge individual to join our growing business as a site supervisor. The role of a site supervisor has broad responsibilities, from managing labour and overseeing projects, to maintaining project schedule and implementing site procedures. Our ideal candidate is experienced, responsible, and team-focused. 

Responsibilities 
• Oversee day to day operations of the facility 
• Manage the construction project assigned 
• Maintaining the records of materials received, used etc. and attendance of labour 
• Taking care of multiple projects 
• Risk assessment – projection of possible delays in the project and ensuring the project is completed on time as per the schedule. 
• Communicating with the customers 
• Sending reports of construction project 

Qualifications 
• B.E Civil or Diploma in civil engineering 
• Excellent knowledge of construction 
• Experience in handling the construction projects under pressure 
• Experience in coordinating with the labour team and extracting work from them 
• Fast learner and passion for growth 
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach 
• Experience in MS-Office
