Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and intelligent Site Supervisor to join our construction team. This position is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in construction site management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Monitor and supervise the work of site workers to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
Ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed on the construction site.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and any issues encountered.
Assist in resolving any on-site issues and provide solutions to ensure project deadlines are met.
Communicate effectively with the project management team to provide updates on site activities.

Requirements:

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in construction or site supervision is a plus.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
