SME - Corporate Actions -Pune, Maharashtra

Key responsibilities:

Perform quality checks for the team
Function as a subject matter expert for the team
Adhere to the quality standards as detailed in the SLA by ensuring accuracy requirements are met as per the target
Ensure projects are completed on or within timelines
Monitor work allocation regularly & appropriately
Liaise with Corporate Actions onshore team on a need basis
Provide and maintain timely and accurate MI
Enable the team to meet KPI targets
Contribute towards process improvement initiatives within the organisation
Ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance within the processes followed
Conduct process training on different work types when required

Key skills:

Specific knowledge required on asset management/corporate actions
Graduates with 3-4 years of work experience would be preferred from Mutual Fund/Financial or Shared Services industry
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Ownership and agility
Good logical ability and attention to detail
Ability to support transfer of technical knowledge to team and training new team members
Ability to identify and drive process improvements
Good documentation skills
Good interpersonal skills and strong client focus
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively
Ability to handle process escalations, identify issues and risks and propose resolution
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team
Ability to interact with internal (AXA) and external (custodians/bankers etc.) entities
Work independently and achieve autonomy within short time
