Responsibilities

• Research white papers, reference materials; design and develop curriculum as per the project requirement
• To guide content developers to design, develop and implement the curriculum
• To create curriculum, activities, assessments, gamification of the learning concepts  
• Curriculum and content development for the K12 sector
• Monitor the process, provide feasible solutions and ensure enhanced quality of the output from tasks to tasks and project to project.
• SME is expected to provide Solutions/Answers for Subject Specific Problems/Questions given to them
• The solutions should be broken down into small, well-illustrated, and simple steps for a better understanding of the students
• The SME functions as the organizational representative for their knowledge area, and apply their expertise to support the vision and strategic direction of the organization.
• Research existing technologies and methodologies used in the e-learning industry and adapt to them
• Candidate must be aware of Plagiarism.

Desired Skills and Experience

·         Should have a fair knowledge on the K 12 Curriculum, Training Methodologies, Assessment Methods

·         Experience in the e-learning industry will be considered as an added advantage

·         Excellent Verbal and Written Communication in English

Experience: Any Graduate with relevant 2+ yrs of experience in K 12 academics or e-learning industry
