Duties and Responsibilities
1. Organizes and provides developmentally appropriate early childhood education programs; plans and implements curriculum and education for children ranging in from std 1st to 12th standard.
2. Gather information and course elements from members, internal departments, SMEs (subject matter experts),research institutions, and others.
3. Develop and design learning material, coordinate, and review educational content, and incorporate current technology in developing specific eLearning curricula
4. Work with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and programmers to support eLearning content requirements.
5. Run demos of the system and provide training to individuals and users groups
6. Ensure that participants are registered for Education and Training events and perform reconciliation functions with the Business office as needed.
7. May facilitate live and recorded learning.
8. Support the deployment of learning programs including uploading and updating courseware and curricula, training assignments, learner notification text, and rules in LMS.
9. Involving in delivering live sessions online to a large group of students.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
· Ability to evaluate, design, and implement curriculum, testing, and/or teaching methodologies.
· Teach students as per curriculum and schedule
· Monitor student discipline and in-class activity
· Discuss homework, resolve in-class doubts, and monitor students’ progress
· Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
· Records maintenance skills.
· Ability to design and present informational programs and presentations, based on assessed needs.
· Coaching and mentorship skills.
· Ability to evaluate, design, and implement curriculum, assessment systems, and teaching methodologies appropriate to children 6 weeks through twelve years old.
· Ability to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English; prefer the ability to read and understand Spanish.
· Ability to solve technical problems independently or in teams.
· Has a good team spirit and positive attitude.
· Enjoys a varied pace of work and copes well under pressure.
Minimum Job Requirements:
· Working experience in the Education department as an Online Teacher or a similar position.
· Ability to work effectively and collegially with all, especially with IT, Communications, and Marketing
· Content Creator, Script Creator, Knowledge of Storyboard SME
