Roles and Responsibilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Create storyboards through brainstorming with the team.

Coordinate with the graphic media team to create visual aids to be used in the content.

Create, update & review supplementary content materials like short notes, assignments, tests, quizzes, Mock test series, etc.

Be responsible for achieving Learning experience and Learning outcome improvement goals.

Curriculum and content design for high school or secondary grades suitable for online teaching and learning.

Track student performance data and feedback. Use them to identify gaps in content design/delivery and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain the established quality parameters for content pieces of the subject in the target course. Competencies Required

The content design should use best practices - identify key learning objectives, such as images/diagrams, gifs, and short video clips.

Bachelor's or master’s degree in the respective subject for which you are applying.

Excellent knowledge of the respective subject for which you are applying.

Good pedagogical skills. Prior teaching experience would be an added advantage.

0-5 years of experience in curriculum design. Freshers with excellent teaching skills can also be considered.

Proficient in working with Google Suite/Microsoft Office (Spreadsheet/Excel/Doc) etc.

Good aptitude and logical skills.

Must be a responsible, accountable, and organized person working in a team.

Design in-class and post-class assessments and worksheets.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Organizes and provides developmentally appropriate early childhood education programs; plans and implements curriculum and education for children ranging in from std 1st to 12th standard.

2. Gather information and course elements from members, internal departments, SMEs (subject matter experts),research institutions, and others.

3. Develop and design learning material, coordinate, and review educational content, and incorporate current technology in developing specific eLearning curricula

4. Work with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and programmers to support eLearning content requirements.

5. Run demos of the system and provide training to individuals and users groups

6. Ensure that participants are registered for Education and Training events and perform reconciliation functions with the Business office as needed.

7. May facilitate live and recorded learning.

8. Support the deployment of learning programs including uploading and updating courseware and curricula, training assignments, learner notification text, and rules in LMS.

9. Involving in delivering live sessions online to a large group of students.

· Ability to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English; prefer the ability to read and understand Spanish.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Graduates (B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc./BDS) with 1 to 10 years of teaching experience in Science or Math for grades 1st -12th standard.
Aptitude for teaching, learning, analytical and creative thinking, and presentation skills - Fluent in English
Equivalent experience in training, adult education, and/or multimedia training materials development.

· Working experience in the Education department as an Online Teacher or a similar position.

· Ability to work effectively and collegially with all, especially with IT, Communications, and Marketing
