Job Responsibilities

·         Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy

·         Measure the success of every social media campaign

·         Stay up to date with the latest social media technologies

·         Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

·         Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams

·         Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification

·         Plan, create, publish and share content on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand

·         Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

·         Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns

 Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organizational ability
