Key responsibilities:
Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
Implement organic social media campaigns
Create content plans with the social team
Effective coordination and understanding creative requirements
Using appropriate research tools to support planning
Using analysis tools to measure performance and interpret findings into action plan
Compiling weekly and monthly reports on social growth and performance
Identify and work with appropriate content creators to build a pipeline of content
Manage channel growth in line with targets
Work closely with copywriters & designers to ensure right products are pushed at the correct time
Working with the digital team on paid social to optimise campaigns and spend
Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.
Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.
Key skills (requirements):
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Familiar with using scheduling and analysis tools
Knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
Strong communicator
Experience managing paid social (preferred but not essential)
Appreciation for novel insights and ideas
Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones
