Job Description

Responsible for Preventive maintenance of Pick and Place , BHS, and milling machines
Responsible for the technical availability of Pick and Place , BHS, and milling machines
Should have the knowledge on RCA methods like 5Why, A3PSS,
Responsible for MTBF & MTTR of Pick and Place , BHS, and milling machines
Should Focus and Contribute to reduce the IDC by continuous monitoring and improvements
Planning of spare parts and consumables for the planned activities
Responsible to optimize the Preventive maintenance by continuous improvement and work load balance
Troubleshooting knowledge in Electrical and pneumatic circuits.
Knowledge in TPM
Preparation of PM reports, Spare part consumption reports , Downtime reports and improvement project reports
Optimize the R&M cost through localization and life enhancing projects
Knowledge on OHSAS and EMS standards
Should be team player
Should have learning attitude.
Should be self-motivated
Should take initiative to achieve the goal

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechatronics / Electronics

Diploma 4-5 Years of experience in SMT manufacturing industry. Knowledge on handling of SMT line machines like (Pick and place, Board handling systems and milling machines, reflow in preventive and corrective maintenance function.
