Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Promote company products/services in rural markets and villages.

2. Build relationships with farmers, retailers, distributors, and local communities.

3. Identify business opportunities in rural areas and generate sales.

4. Conduct field visits, market surveys, and customer meetings regularly.

5. Achieve monthly sales and development targets.

6. Coordinate promotional activities, awareness programs, and campaigns.

7. Maintain daily reports on field activities and market feedback.

8. Ensure strong market presence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in rural sales / development / field operations.

• Good communication in local language.

• Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas.

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualification:

• PUC / Graduation preferred.

• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.
