Scope Of Work

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support SLT in hiring, managing and building the internal and external counselling teams
• Creating and analysing admissions metrics and making data-driven decisions to surpass the targets
• Designing and managing seamless multi-channel systems to cater to potential learners and ensure the meeting or exceeding of enrollment targets including ownership of the CRM platform and upkeep of usage
• Build a prediction model for conversions through various channels, and own the conversion rates across the admissions funnel
• Creating and managing efficient touchpoints in the funnel to ensure conversions
• Identifying the needs of prospective students and providing relevant counselling to them via various media
• Effectively communicate with external stakeholders (counsellors, parents, prospective students)
• Constantly optimising for closures of leads and recommending new & improved methods of student acquisition
• Providing insights to the marketing team on the quality of inbound leads, targeting and segmentation
• Building a long-lasting relationship with the prospective students to create a higher LTV
• Working closely with the marketing and academic teams to provide feedback on their interaction with the prospective students
