SOC Engineer/ Project Associate/ Research Associate job recruitment in Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology

SOC Engineer

Qualification : Candidate should hold a Ph.D and/or M.Tech. Degree in VLSI Design/ Microelectronics/ Nanoelectronics from a recognized university. Having a working knowledge of Linux, VLSI software tools is advantageous. Candidates with experience of VLSI Chip Design, fabrication and test, Embedded Systems, Linux and Programming language and FPGA implementation related projects will be preferred.

Salary : The remuneration will be Rs.30,000 per month.

Project Associate

Qualification : B. Tech in Electronics / Electronics and Comm. or equivalent with first class or Equivalent. Candidates with experience of VLSI Chip Design and test, Embedded Systems, Linux and Programming language and FPGA implementation related projects will be preferred.

Salary : The remuneration will be Rs. 20,000 per month.

Research Associate

Qualification : B. Tech in Electronics /Computer Science & Engg./ Electrical Engineering or M.Sc. in Electronics/Physics or Equivalent with first class or Equivalent. Candidates with experience in measurements and test, Embedded System, Linux and Programming language and FPGA implementation related projects will be preferred.

Salary : The remuneration will be Rs. 20,000 per month.

Note :

Candidates having qualifying GATE score will be preferred for all these posts.

Final year students who have already given examination may also apply.

Selection Procedure : Written/Trade Tests / Interview

Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur is one of the thirty National Institutes of Technology in the country. The Govt. of India conferred on the Institute, the Deemed to be University status (under University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (3 of 1956)) with effect from 26th June 2002. Subsequently, the Central Govt. by Act of Parliament (National Institutes of Technology Act, 2007 (29 of 2007)) declared VNIT Nagpur as an Institute of National Importance along with all other NITs. The Act was brought into force from 15th August 2007.
