Monitoring:

• Conduct day to day monitor-checks of Agency efforts for all content and brands across all popular search engines (YouTube, Facebook, etc).
  
• Monitor the effectiveness of agencies takedown/notices/other efforts for all contents of all channels and prepare and share report on the same for Dashboard purposes.
  
• Gather data on availability of content on non-compliant platforms and highlight for relevant action.
  
• Ensure issuance of C&D notices to infringers of brands to ensure that our brands are not diluted and are properly protected.
  

• Engaging with Anti-Piracy team to ensure that infringing content is taken down from on linking sites and hosting sites and gathering data on pirate sites.
  
• Management of Content ID in YouTube and Rights Manager in Facebook and manually address circumvention techniques used on those platforms
  
• Providing advice and counsel to the Forensic expert on the development and management of databases of Viacom18 copyright enforcement rights.
  

• Working with Business Units on the management of our internal piracy takedown and data tool
  
• Assist in assuring compliance with data protection and privacy obligations in the sharing of information related to content protection efforts between Viacom18 team and its affiliates
  
• Provide support for voluntary industry initiatives such as working with the advertising and payment processing industries to adopt and implement voluntary best practices addressing commercial scale copyright infringement.
  

• Co-ordinate and liaison with all channel and digital teams to ensure implementation and compliance of the rules/processes/procedures set of internal conduct to curb piracy at source
  
• Provide guidelines for the day-to-day enforcement of copyrights, including addressing requests from business units and licensees for enforcement action, reviewing potential fair use issues, reviewing disputes from end users and supporting the lawyers in responding to counter-notices, and sending C&D notices.
  
• Create, develop and/or revise business processes and applications to aid in the streamlining of Internet Intelligence activities.
