Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Create engaging post copies and ad copies that resonate with the target audience.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure creative visuals align with the content.
Monitor and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithms on all social media platforms.
Work closely with the SEO and website teams to ensure cohesive online brand representation.
Schedule and publish content consistently, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Assist in managing online communities and engage with followers to build strong brand relationships.
Conduct competitor analysis and keep an eye on industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Work with the paid advertising team to create compelling ad copies for social media campaigns.

Skills Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to craft creative and compelling post copies and ad copies.
Understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and analytics.
Basic knowledge of SEO and website management.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
