1. Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms
2. Work with a social media manager to create and implement campaigns
3. Assist the manager to develop content calendars
4. Create engaging ideas for the blog and social media content
5. Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages
6. Analyze Google Analytics on a weekly/monthly basis
7. Work on increasing and keeping a tab on the follower count
8. Reply to customer feedback and messages
9. Work on conducting online polls and surveys to ascertain the brand's reach
