TITLE: Social Media Manager-Baby
DEPARTMENT: Marketing & Sales
REPORTS TO: Sr Manager Digital marketing -Consumer Division
PURPOSE: To dynamically manage all aspects of Bioderma brand building and awareness, both internally and externally.
Effectively communicate and promote through advertising and promotion, programs, outreach and education. Drive brand growth through such activities and create a Demand/experience for relevant customers.
Qualification
1. Fulltime Graduation orPost Graduation from B school(Mandate) Example -NIMS,Welingkar,Xaviers
2.Minimum 4-5 yrs experience from FMCG/Lifestyle/Apparels Industry in digital marketing only (Mandate)

· Brand awareness - a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix
· DemonstrableExperience of digital marketing at tatical and hands on operational level
· Attitude required to learn
· A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
· Knowledge of current online marketing trends and best practicepreferred

Responsibilities:
· Create and update digital marketing strategies
that will support the organization to achieve its aims as part of the overall
Marketing and Communications plan
· Review new technologies and keep the company at
the forefront of developments in digital marketing
· Use appropriate analytics to measure, evaluate
and report against goals and performance of all digital marketing activity and
plans
· Lead the development of the company website,
devising strategies to drive online traffic and continuing to improve
usability, design, content and conversion
· Lead the development of the social media
presence ,measurement and evaluation for better brand nurturing
· Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
across multiple channels utilizing tools and techniques as appropriate
including SMM, Performance marketing,Analytics
· Carry relevant exposure in content development
and nurturing
· Work with the Marketing & Communications
team to create high quality content for a range of online platforms which is
optimized and consistent with the brand and tone of voice
· Work with external agencies when required to
develop the online presence
