We are looking for an experienced, passionate, creative and hard-working Social Media Manager to join our team who will play a critical role in creating original digital content and manage engagements across various social media platforms. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategy in order to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and manage social media strategy
Define the most important social media KPIs
Create and manage social media content
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Monitor SEO and suggest content optimisation
Manage user engagement
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Use social media marketing tools
Attend educational conferences
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Present to Senior Management
Collaborate with other team members
Hire and train others in the team
Provide constructive feedback
Adhere to rules and regulations
Requirements and Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
