Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies in English, Hindi and Marathi languages to promote brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive website traffic through SEO.
• Create and publish high-quality, original content across various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistency in brand voice and tone.
• Design basic creatives, including graphics, images, and videos, for social media posts and promotional campaigns using tools like Canva, Figma, or Illustrator.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, identifying trends and optimizing content for maximum reach and engagement.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including content planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates, making recommendations for improvement and growth opportunities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content.
• Assist in any other marketing-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi languages, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Basic design skills and experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or Illustrator.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
