Designation – Social Media Manager / Social Media Coordinator
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Establish Asmita Group as a best-in-class content creator across social channels and digital platforms.
· Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to develop and maintain an editorial calendar to support engagement, awareness and revenue goals.
· Contribute to paid advertising and social campaign strategy
· Produce highly engaging content for Asmita Group digital marketing channels (social, email) and editorial content for Asmita Group website and app, working with external resources as needed
· Write, edit, curate, and post content across social media, digital platforms (app & website) for both evergreen and campaign-specific projects.
· Engages and grows social media community through active posting, participation and conversation.
· Contribute to ongoing reporting of follower growth and engagement metrics.
· Identify and engage key influencers and communities in the project management space for guest posts.
· Collaborating with your marketing teammates on campaign ideas.
· Build, manage, and present paid and organic social media performance reports with an emphasis on turning raw data into insights, actions, hypotheses, and testing opportunities.
· Lead reputation management - Coordinate initiatives and teams that support positive user reviews and assist the Customer Care team in addressing inquiries on our social platforms.
· Trend analysis - Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
· Social media strategy - Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals. Suggest and implement new campaigns to develop brand awareness.
· Social media reports - Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI. Define most important social media KPIs. Measure the success of every social media campaign.
· Social media posting - Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news). Manage and oversee social media content. Oversee social media content release on a day-to-day basis.
· Coordination - Collaborates with other teams, like marketing, sales, designer and customers to ensure brand consistency. Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
· Social media ORM & leads - Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
· Influencer marketing - Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
· Content creation - Creating social media designs on Canva as and when needed.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media background.
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, mass media or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
· Strong familiarity with major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
· Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
· Proficiency in content creation & social media marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Sprout social or similar platforms.
· Creativity in devising engaging content ideas and campaign concepts.
· Basic understanding of seo and social media trends.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
