Role - Social Media Marketing Executive/Intern

The ideal candidate possesses a passion for marketing and innovative ability to create successful social media posts/campaigns and aid in creating company growth. You will be responsible for growing social media following and generating traffic and sales for the Wellcure platform. 

Salary Range:

INR 2.4 lacs per annum including 20% Variable pay (Rs.4k per month) subject to meeting monthly goals. (PLEASE RESPECT YOURS AND OUR TIME BY NOT APPLYING FOR THIS ROLE, IF YOU ARE NOT OK WITH THIS SALARY RANGE.)

Role Responsibilities:

1. Using organic content, increase the follower count from 15,000 (total number of followers at Wellcure’s social media channels) to 30,000 in 3 months. 
2. Ideate, create, and customize suitable content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and Facebook.
3. Daily post ideation, creation and posting (3-4 posts)
4. Maintain a weekly calendar of posts
5. If required, develop the post creative on canva or other software
6. Engaging with followers, replying to comments and manage interactions
7. Following, posting and engaging with other relevant pages/ influencers
8. Drawing natural healing enthusiasts from other groups to ours
9. Identify right influencers, get barter posts/ shout-outs for Wellcure
10. Regular analysis of all social media pages and share learnings with the team
11. Manage Instagram live sessions. 
12. Post stories regularly, corresponding with the posts.
13. Keep a tab on new digital marketing tools & channels
14. Help strategize and execute social media marketing outreach
15. Operational support for online events/ programs/ webinars, when required
16. Acquaint with the product, target audience, and competitor activities in the market

Qualifications & Skills required:

• Experience preferred in Social Media Marketing
• Some marketing influenced content writing and basic designing skills will be preferred
• Good research and creative skills, a key requirement for the role
• Strong understanding of digital trends in website technology, analytics, social marketing, email marketing, and SEO and SEM fundamentals
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and adhering to the deadlines
• Young and ambitious candidates wanting to learn and work in an early-stage startup
