• Serve as a client point of contact as a Social Media expert
• Set SMM Objective (Likes, Reach, Engagement, Leads and Sales)
• Plan Content Strategy
• Plan Media Mix
• Measurement and Analysis
• Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day- to- day activities including:
• Curate relevant content with the team members
• Manage all published content (images, video and written).
• Monitor, listen and respond to users in a Social way.
• Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
• Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

Skills desired:

• Strong understanding of Banking products and services
• Excellent communication, English writing and presentation skills
• Knowledge and understanding of online marketing field
• Proficiency in Ms Word, Ms Excel & Power Point
• Should be able to work under pressure whilst adhering to time lines
• Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research
