Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
0-2 years of experience managing social media for a brand or organization
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a creative and engaging writing style.
Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet TAT for tickets
