1. Develop, implement & feature in creative social media campaigns on Instagram and Facebook to increase brand awareness and engagement
2. Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to attract and retain followers
3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
4. Collaborate with the founding team to brainstorm and execute strategies for reaching target audiences
5. Stay up-to-date on current trends in social media marketing and suggest new ideas for content and campaigns
6. Assist with community management by responding to comments and messages on social media platforms
7. Support the marketing team with additional tasks and projects as needed

1. This role is specifically created to market women hair restoration products. For this reason, the candidate has to be a female.

2. Candidate must be passionate about creating, editing & posting engaging content on social media. Must also be passionate about data analysis & learning about which content works better over others.

3. Must be comfortable in speaking and presenting oneself on camera and/or voiceover.

4. Speaking regional languages like Hindi, Kannada will be a bonus.
