I-Consciousness Foundation is a non-profit trust solely focusing on uplifting humanity by dissolving the differences in the society through different philanthropic, yoga, cultural, music, dance, drama, art and spiritual activities. Mooladhara Yoga started in 2016 as a unit of I-Consciousness Foundation(India),to spread awareness of the true essence of yoga. Mooladhara Yoga is about the foundation of all life and life forms. The approach is quite simple as we are born as the higher conscious beings on this planet, we have certain responsibilities to fulfill and pass on to the next generations to work on it, and so on. We are working in union with the planet to enhance the consciousness of it and move up a level higher than where we started. We help build the culture gaps through the learning of different traditional practices of the world: yoga, Ayurveda, classical & traditional music and dance, tai-chi, chi-gong philanthropy, and skill development, etc.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on SEO and SMO
2. Re-posting on different platforms
3. Working on website updates & security check
4. Generating leads and calling
5. Working on email marketing
6. Participating in briefings/meetings
